    PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Augusta University men’s cross country team raced at the 2018 NCAA Division II National Championships on Saturday morning and finished the 10K in 28th place. In their third appearance ever at the NCAA final stage, the Jaguars posted their second best team finish ever.

    NEW ORLEANS, La. – Augusta University head men’s cross country coach Adam Ward was voted the 2018 NCAA Southeast Region Coach of the Year, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced on Tuesday following Regional Championship Weekend, as voted by member coaches from the division.

    OAKWOOD, Ga. – With the regular season finished and the conference meet in the books, the Augusta University men’s and women’s cross country teams are set for the 2018 NCAA Southeast Regional on Saturday, Nov. 17. The men run a 10K at 9:00 a.m. and the women race a 6K at 10:15 a.m. on the campus of the University of North Georgia.

    AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University men’s cross country sophomores Hunter Kimball, Jacob Poston, Chandler Kennedy and senior Noah Hulett earned Peach Belt All-Conference status on Saturday morning for placing in the top 15 at the 2018 PBC Championships at Redcliffe Plantation in Beech Island, S.C.

    ATHENS, Ga. – The Augusta University women’s and men’s cross country teams embark on the 2018 season this Saturday, Sept. 8 for the Bulldog Invitational, hosted by the University of Georgia, at the UGA Golf Course. The men will race a 7.6K at 8:30 a.m. and the women follow with a 5.5K at 9:15 a.m.

    AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University men’s cross country team is gaining six new freshmen for the 2018 season. Head coach Adam Ward has announced the signing of Jacob Brenneman, Kai Brickey, Rakeem Littles, Joshua Seiden, Hans Troyer, and Anthony Urmetz.
