Augusta, Ga - The Augusta University women's basketball team defeated the visiting Flagler Saints in Christenberry Fieldhouse on Saturday afternoon. AU is now 14-11, 7-8 in conference play while Flagler moves to 11-15, 5-11 in Peach Belt Conference play.

Augusta led by as many as 15 points late in the third quarter. The Saints were able to go on a 20-7 run, culminating with a three-pointer with 58 seconds to bring the visiting team within 2 points.

AU scored six-of-the-last-nine points in the game to hold on.

Kennedi Manning recorded a double-double with 16 points and had a game high 15 rebounds. Kiera Howard added a team high 17 points for the Jaguars. November Morton supplied an additional 16 points.
